CODA Angel Hands is a recruitment agency in london for clients who are either deaf or SEN, or both. As the employment advisors and recruiters within the company are deaf themselves, I assist them at their office by:

• Providing interpretation to and from BSL (including voiceover) of all instructions given by the management, including in the context of team meetings
• Providing interpretation to and from BSL (including voiceover) at crowdfunding events and employment workshops around london to assist deaf individuals finding employment opportunities
• Providing tailored assistance during the drafting of written document such as forms and registration documents by correcting the english
• Review the drafting of company documents to ensure their deaf-friendliness
• Support deaf staff with their prioritization and time management skills by keeping track of their daily progress on a day-to-day basis

As a BSL CSW, I get assigned to deaf clients across london and support them in their workplace by

• providing interpretation to and from BSL,
• ensuring their written communication in English is up to professional standards,
• providing deaf awareness tips to their colleagues to facilitate communication within the parties.
