Responsibilities and Skills -

• Customer Service - Ensuring I always deliver excellent customer service by going above and beyond for their requests, whilst also being kind and respectful.
• Till Skills - Processing payments for customers whilst returning accurate change. Completing accurate refunds for customers who are valid for one.
• Clean Environment - Ensuring surfaces, tills and self-scans are regularly cleaned and sanitised for customers to use to ensure excellent customer satisfaction

Responsibilities and Skills -

• Time Management - Used time management skills to ensure the radio show was exactly an hour long and that all tasks were being completed on time for deadlines.
• Presenting - I had to ensure I was speaking as clearly and bubbly as possible to make sure my listeners were engaged throughout the show.
• Technical Skills - I ensured that I was always checking my sound levels on the sound desk and adjusting the audio levels when they became too loud or quiet.
