Many responsibilities while at Watson & Pratts, including helping to run the shop. Regularly carrying out restocking of all the shop's products; listing the items needed and then restocking them, as well as supporting customers, both behind the till and on the shop floor.
Operating the tills and serving customers, which greatly developed my product knowledge & customer service skills to an exceptionally high level for my age.
Carried out cleaning tasks within the shop & kitchen; which included sweeping, mopping, washing up plates and the cooking equipment used, as well as cleaning the shelves, counter and 'visible areas' ready for the next day's opening.
