Personal Summery

During my spare time, I personally find that an effective way to relieve stress is to go jogging regularly as I feel this helps me unwind and allows me to reflect on my day within a much calmer environment. I have also participated in the ‘Race for Life’ numerous times in order to raise money for Cancer Research which provides me with a great sense of achievement in and exercises my desire to support health research.
