C.Vaughan Tiling Contractors LTD is a family business, I played a vital role in the administrative side of the company.

Building relationships with stakeholders via e-mail, phone and face to face. Ordering materials, paying invoices, creating invoices, updating spreadsheets to keep up to date records of the companies VAT. Attention to detail was key in my time here when ordering materials and creating health and safety documents.

I have worked at Lingbob Stables since October 2024 on a part time basis. Lingbob is a full livery yard where I currently keep my own horse.

My day to day duties include feeding the horses, turning horses out and bringing in, picking feet out. Mucking out, filling hay nets, soaking hay, weighing hay. Keeping the yard swept clean and tidy, the yard has very high standards.

I am not from a particularly horsey background and got into riding alongside my 2 children after I lost my son to a brain tumour in 2021. I then went on to buy my own horse and I now live and breathe the lifestyle. I have a lot to learn but I am keen to learn and very hardworking.

I would be grateful for any opportunity I could be given in the industry as horses have been therapy for me in my darkest times, and I am on a journey where I would love to go up the levels and reach personal goals. It would be an honour to have the experience with such professionals.
