Responsibilitis include:

• Recruiting, training, and managing housekeeping staff
• Monitoring team performance to ensure cleans are carried out within the matrix time frame, considering cost per clean.
• Planning staff rota to cover all departure cleans for Friday/Saturday & Monday
• Order and monitor linen levels (checking advance intake)
• Making up linen bags for 3 intake days (around 120 per week)
• Preparing linen porters bag delivery list for each intake day
• Prepare & restock cleaning buckets/cloth bags to ensure prompt start
• Key allocation to cover all departure cleans considering staffing levels to achieve timely guest check ins
• Liaising closely with the reception team on a daily basis
• Develop & implement a comprehensive cleaning procedure to correlate with current checker list to ensure high cleaning standards are met.
• Carry out regular team meetings giving clear feedback to enhance productivity & improve efficiency,
• Standardising inventory across accommodations to ensure all items are present & matching
• Ordering & monitoring stock levels to meet housekeeping requirements (chemicals, cloths, toilet rolls, inventory etc)
• Responsible for ordering hygiene supplies for Bar, kitchen, pool & grounds
• Ensuring COSHH safety data sheets & risk assessments are up to date
• Ensuring all accommodations are fully equipped with the correct & matching inventory
• Checking booking system daily to identify guest requests& respond proactively to housekeeping requirements (towels, highchairs, travel cots) & that the appropriate accommodation is allocated
• Highlight &coordinate maintenance tasks, to ensure prompt guest check ins.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints, to maintain high satisfaction levels.

• Responsible for checking employed & contract staff accommodations to ensure a timely check in
