Summary

I am a dedicated educator with a strong focus on pupil motivation and teaching innovation. Using my experience in supply teaching, I have developed my skills in lesson planning, learning assessments, classroom planning, and effective classroom management. I am committed to fostering an engaging learning environment through effective listening and tailored instructional strategies.

I have developed specific innovative teaching strategies for example, collaborative learning - this type of teaching strategy has allowed students to foster teamwork and develop their communication skills.

Another strategy I believe has worked for me is visual based learning, over the years, I have identified how this strategy enhances the children's understanding and retention.

I am highly skilled at motivating students through positive encouragement and reinforcement of concepts via interactive classroom instruction and observation. I have been successful in helping students develop strong literacy, numeracy, social and learning skills through the different types of teaching strategies.

I believe I can bring these skills and implement them into my work at the school to contribute to the learning environment.
