I have coached young players for around a year and have found a passion to motivate and influence them by teaching them various different skills, techniques and ultimately helping them enjoy the game they love most. I have built numerous positive relationships during this time.
During school holidays I support and help run football camps for children around usually the ages of between 5-12. These camps are held at power league in Colchester. Some of my day to day responsibilities within the job role would be things such as helping organise different games or teams, supervising the children and generally supporting Ray to ensure the camp run smoothly and the children enjoy their day and get the most out of it.
During the first week of July I had a work experience at an Insurance Broker in which I worked alongside company directors, account handlers and claim technicians. During this time I learnt about the day to day operation of the business, I visited two clients in face to face meetings alongside one of the company directors during this period.
