My background is all about sport, I am unbelievably passionate about sport, it is a way of freedom. A job role such as this would suit me as I am all about having fun as well as being hard working, I want the best for not only myself but everyone else surrounding me. I am very well driven in to succeeding but also never giving up if things do not go my way. A skill of mine is to always be punctual, if you are not punctual to classes etc. then how do you expect others to be. Motivating others and myself is something I love doing as seeing others with a smile on their face makes me so happy, it leaves me feeling like I have done something good.
Achievements I have had throughout my life so far is that I have been a captain of a rugby team, therefore I have leadership skills and I also work very well amongst others. Another achievement of mine is that I passed all of my GCSE's and came out of college with a DDM (Distinction, Distinction, Merit). I managed to do all this through hard work and determination.

At McDonald's I worked everywhere in the company, from taking orders/payments to making the food. I dealt with customer's regularly and dealt with many problems along the way in which I escalated to a manager for resolution. Creating a positive mindset was key for me when serving customers as when they would approach drive-thru on a miserable rainy day then I would create conversation with them such as "hello, are you okay?" and "thankyou have a great day" these where simple conversations to have with customers that would brighten their day a little bit. During my time at McDonalds's I also worked well with fellow colleagues to get food and drinks out to customers as quickly as possible whilst also getting the presentation correct.
