I am an energetic young man who believes in the value of hard work, always keeping a positive attitude and giving 100% of my efforts to accomplish the task at hand. I have lived a varied life from being a young man who wanted to pursue a career in the arts to working nights in a pub pouring pints, I have worked on building sites pouring concrete and in factories loading lorries. At this moment in my life, I am fortunate enough to have found career rather than a job that being a personal trainer and fitness instructor. In 2023 I fell in love with fitness and decided it’s all I wanted to do, after losing 8 stone and fully committing to exercise and proper diet I found that this is my calling. Though different than my past jobs these experiences have given me skills that I apply daily as a fitness instructor, bar work and the arts gave me confidence and social skills with which to apply to speaking with gym members and gaining new clients. Hard labour gave me the grit, determination and physical strength it takes to persevere through a hard training session as well as push through to achieve my goals. For the past 2 years, I have been working comfortably as a Personal trainer in Pendle however I am at the point in my career where I want more opportunities whether that's better facilities, better hours or even more clients, I feel it is my time to move up in the industry.
Currently I am working as a Personal trainer in Pendle I am fully qualified as and have a wide range of responsibilities at the facilities. I have taken on many clients as well as run a varied classes including spin, bootcamp & circuits. I have also overseen many clients over my tenure and helped them achieve there goals whether that be hitting a target weight, achieving a PB or just being more confident in the gym.
These included loading lorries, pouring concrete, assembly. These various jobs gave me experience growing my work ethic as well as gaining physical strength and learning what I didn’t want to do for a living.
Bartender/Waiter at a chain restaurant working closely with the public developing people skills. Working long hours sometimes 60-hour weeks, included opening and closing the facilities
I am an active young man who spends as much time in the gym whilst off shift as on, I believe in taking care of myself both physically as well as mentally. While I'm not training, I can be found enjoying time with family, cooking healthy meals for the week and staying up to date in current events. I love life and am currently broadening my horizons in all aspects of it whether that be through reading books for self development, learning new skills or trying to find time for a socialising with friends. I compete in sporting events such as HYROX, marathons and try to due my part for charity by raising money for various causes such as men's mental health or cancer.
