My skills are :

• Communication, from speaking with team members and customers at James Walkers
• Teamwork, I worked in the config team at James Walkers which allowed us to work together and help out others when in need with work
• Risk assessment understanding, we did many courses such as a manual handling and risk assessment courses at James Walkers
• Basic programming, I learn basic Python while I did my Computer Science GCSE
• Task prioritisation, at James Walkers we had to prioritise tasks in order of urgency which kept us focusses and on track

• Customer-facing experience, I learned this at McDonalds and at James Walkers when I would need to speak to customers to ask what they needed and how we could help
• CAD software familiarity, We used programs such as AutoCAD and Inventor when we needed to create or update drawings
• Health and Safety, We did multiple health and safety courses while working at James Walkers which allows us to keep safe while working and keep others safe
• Supply chain understanding, For a period of time at James Walkers we worked as a supply chain which could keep us on track and know where the work was going next
• Team e-mail inbox coordination, we worked in multiple inboxes such as a products technician inbox and a configuration inbox and we had to allocate work in both inboxes accordingly
