Working as a first year level 1 motor vehicle technician, my duties included working closely with a qualified technician. I observed and assisted in working on a variety of commercial vehicles including cars and vans.

I would carry out a range of tasks which would include brakes, servicing, suspension components and general repairs.

Main position was service sales advisor, my daily duties included the fitting of motor vehicle components ranging from bulbs, wiper blades, batteries, also 10 point mot checks on customers cars.

I would also advise and assist customers with their queries and support them in making the correct purchase for their needs.
