• Implemented the TfL supplier engagement strategy, identifying different supplier audiences, outlining governance, approach and objectives and highlighting quick wins to ensure TfL can communicate effectively with its supply chain.
• Managed portfolio of TfL Key Suppliers (64), encompassing our most strategic and business critical suppliers, resulting in relationships which were collaborative and delivered improvements as demonstrated through sharing of wellbeing initiatives at a Zero Harm Forum.
• Led engagement with TfL suppliers through multiple channels including meetings, workshops and engagement events.
• Supported market sounding exercises including supplier briefings to ensure they were well informed of upcoming opportunities driving higher tender returns.
• As part of the COVID 19 response team, worked with wider P&SC teams to monitor and analyse risks and issues within supply chain inc. labour and material shortages ensuring key mitigations are in place to protect delivery of critical services.
• Used key reporting tools including PowerBI to analyse and communicate key challenges, pipeline opportunities and risks and issues.
• Led the organisation and delivery of the 2018 and 2019 TfL Supplier Awards, including launch, supplier submission process, venue logistics, internal and external communications, presenter briefings including Commissioner, to deliver events on time and to budget.
• Developed key stakeholder relationships with external organisations including trade associations to gain insight into developments across the market and access to new suppliers.

• Led OJEU procurement of Pan TfL Signage Framework, across several lots and implemented suite of contracts, developed user guidance and delivered this large scale procurement (£25m)
• Organised Supplier Collaboration & Innovation workshop for Stops and Shelters Contract, with over 40 attendees including suppliers, customers and TfL clients.
• Managed an apprentice, setting out objectives and providing support to ensure the apprentice is equipped to with new skills and knowledge.
• Developed key stakeholder relationships with MD offices and executive officers, in order to promote the function of the supplier strategy team.
