• My responsibilities to execute entire Airtel FTTH and LCO projects at Panipat and Karnal Haryana India
• Dealing with Airtel Engineer from begining to end of the project till AT of the project
• Dealing with more than 2 or 3 vendors team in each time
• Handling Splicing team, Blowing team, HDD machine team and Pole installation team
• Material reconciliation and final bill submission to Management

  • Maintaining the daily report chart and sharing to all.
  • Execution Civil works on sites.

• Worked around 10 FTTH projects.

• Begining of my OFC Career with Rohtak Telecom which is a vendor company, who worked OFC Operation & Maintenance and OFC Project
• I have started my journey from billing work, then after my company shifted me to FTTh project in 2018
• I have worked as a O&M supervisor as well as Project Supervisor
• I have done around 10 Projects (Reliance Jio FTTh) in different cities Rohtak, Panipat, Bahadurgarh and Gurgaon Haryana India
• My responsibility is supervision of entire project from begining to end( starting of project to closing of projects, HOTO and billing)
• Dealing with 5-6 teams in each time( Moling team, HDD team, Pole Installation team, Fibre laying team OH, Fibre blowing team UG, Splicing Team
• Work allocation to vendors team like a Splicing work, Moling, HDD, Trenching, fiber laying
• Billing settlements of our projects, approved all bills of sub contractors, filling ITP, initiate closures and material reconciliation
• Responsible for providing quality material, quality work, within given period of time under quality testing guidelines.
