I am almost 16 years old (d.o.b 19.12.09) and I live locally and am looking for an opportunity to further my employment.
I am highly organised and motivated person with a strong work ethic. I consistently put effort into all tasks. I am determined and resilient when faced with challenges, I am polite and have a well-mannered approach. I am committed to achieving excellence and continuously seeking opportunities for growth and development, this is reflected im my school work and reports.
For my Year 10 work experience placement I worked for a week as a Year 4 classroom assistant at St. Veronica's Primary School. This involved organising and setting up lessons, taking groups of children read 1:1, constructed letters to parents and set up PE lessons. When I am not in school I volunteer in the Reception class and help out at PTA events by supervising children and working on the stalls.
As part of my Bronze Duke of Edinburgh award I volunteered for three months in the Cafe at the church in Irwell Vale. My role involved taking orders, preparing and serving food to customers, clearing tables and washing up. At the end of service I would help clean down the kitchen and cafe. Additionally, I worked on the till and took payments from customers. I was polite and friendly to all customers and enjoyed my time volunteering here.
