During my week's work experience, in year 10 I completed a variety of tasks and developed skills such as time management, communication skills, creativity, teamwork, independence and problem-solving.
- Managing time that children were spending on a specific activity during lesson time.
- Communicating with both staff members and children.
- Sharing my ideas to help inspire the children.
- Working with staff members to help prepare and do tasks during lesson.
- I am confident enough to work and complete tasks set on my own.
- Understanding relationships and resolving conflicts when needed.
