  • Hope for Lesbos Charity Campaign, 2018, In response to the refugee crisis in Lesbos, I organized a charity donation fund at my school to collect food and clothing for those in need. This initiative allowed me to develop key skills such as project management and teamwork. This allowed me to refine my public speaking skills by presenting this initiative directly to my teachers and classmates, to promote such a beneficial cause, thereby enhancing my confidence in such situations. Additionally, it provided me with the opportunity to engage directly in a field at the intersection of politics and social issues, enabling me to apply my knowledge and skills beyond the classroom.
  • Extended Project Qualification, This research project surrounded a deep dive into different forms of autism therapy and was extremely beneficial in helping me develop my research skills. Helped me develop public speaking skills and understand problem solving as I had to directly interview individuals, work within autism centers and attend multiple conferences with People of Determination.
