  • Engaging with customers throughout the process. Explaining the services we offer such as purchasing on credit, or buying a care plan to provide additional warranty for the item.

  • Dealing with any issues involving que jumping. If someone was to be caught doing this they would be dealt directly preventing them from going on to the ride.


  • Reassuring customers the safety of the ride for guests who may be hesitant to go on.


  • Evacuating guests if an emergency evacuation is required. Responsibility given to the rides host as we were all trained to deal with the situation.
