Working at two separate Costa's has taught me how to be flexible and adapt to different work environment's quickly and efficiently.

Working in a fast paced environment has taught me how to work at speed whilst still carrying out my work to a high standard. I ensure customer satisfaction by having a wide and varied knowledge of different types of coffee. I provide a welcoming atmosphere to customers, urging them to come back regularly. I also maintain cleanliness of the area whilst preparing orders.

Working in a box at St James' Park my role consists of taking orders, making drinks, serving food and ultimately assisting my customers' with what they need to ensure the best experience possible for them. I have worked in this role for several years now, allowing me to get to know my box on a more personal level, enhancing their experience of match days.
