• In this company I was mainly servicing holiday cottages (with some private homes too) around the peak district, the cottages we serviced range from 1 to 14 bedrooms. In the larger properties i was responsible for a team of 4 housekeepers, i arranged the stock of cleaning products & liased with laundry companies to ensure correct stock was in place.
• Trained new staff in proper cleaning techniques, health and safety regulations, and customer service principles.
• Assessed finished rooms to maintain exceptional cleanliness standards, addressing and rectifying areas of concern with Housekeepers prior to sign-off.

During my time at RBB i had many roles, beginning with Animal Care and then eventually moving into Student Veterinary Nursing.
