• My main role at Morrisons consists of code checking the fresh section of the store. Alongside this, I have also been assigned various other tasks, such as facing up, cleaning, and putting out ambient and fresh stock. I also replenish backstock, ensuring that I rotate food items as needed. I assist customers in locating products and provide information on the current promotions in store. Furthermore, I am also checkout trained and help out there when necessary. I deal with customer complaints with professionalism and empathy, ensuring that we come to a suitable outcome for both the customer and Morrisons.

Throughout this role, I demonstrated teamwork, communication, adaptability and problem-solving skills. I collaborated with my colleagues to provide personalised care to all residents at the care home. This required excellent communication skills due to the busy nature of the care home. Furthermore, a main part of my role was accompanying residents during lunch and during activities. I have learnt proficient problem-solving skills throughout this role because each day is different. I found myself in various complex situations, forcing me to learn to adapt to solve problems efficiently.

• Throughout this role I was assigned many tasks, such as putting ambience or cold chain onto the shelves, tidying up isles, working on the till and date checking food items. When the café was particularly busy, I would help out there in order to ensure the customers were provided with efficient and excellent customer service.
