
Throughout my 2 years of work experience in Bankhouse surgery working as a medical receptionist I have gained a lot of knowledge especially whilst working in the customer service industry. I have developed my understanding on how to speak to my customers and patients in a professional and polite manner and will do anything I can in my power to help them get where they need to be in the most efficient way possible. My talkative and positive and outgoing attitude helps me thrive in customer centric roles as I have confidence in speaking to many people. I am eager to learn and continue my role in customer service, this is something I am passionate about as I want to help people the best way I can whether that being ensuring they get the best service to ensuring I meet their needs and wants. Being at the Solicitors as a legal secretary has improved my knowledge about the legal industry and has equipped me with a positive attitude and talent for thriving in an office environment. Working in a high pressure role ensures that I am work driven and organised with my work load with the understanding of how to prioritise my work. I also have experience speaking with internal and external customers, keeping them up to date with their cases and any changes that have been made.
