I worked many roles throughout my time at the National Coal Mining Museum including:

- Marketing - created a blog for their website, photographed the site, created advertising materials for an upcoming event

- Customer Service - Assisted with the workshops for younger children, helped guests with any queries
- Offered friendly, efficient customer service and handled challenging situations with ease.
- Retail - serving customers at the gift shop
