- Maintaining bar cleanliness and restocking supplies during shifts.
- Resolving customer complaints professionally and efficiently.

In the Summer of 2024, I joined Tesco to pick up more hours. This has helped me gain multiple new skills and experience in a different industry, Such as:
- Assisting customers with product enquiries and store navigation.
- Picked and packed customer online orders to tight deadlines.
- Ensured products were fresh, in good condition, and met high-quality standards.
- Used handheld scanning devices to locate and track products.
- Maintained a safe working environment, following health and safety procedures.
- Communicated with delivery drivers and store teams to ensure smooth handovers.
