I am currently enrolled at Nottingham Trent University studying Games Art. I want to be at the forefront of the creative industry into the new age of technology to be able to work in industries such as Games. Character concept design is my strength, with a preference to 2D digital art. My creativity, research and understanding of topics and themes allow me to create unique and interesting concept designs for video games. I am trustworthy and hardworking, flexible with a mature attitude to work. I have good people skills, and work well with in a team environment. Over the past 7 years I have worked within the hospitality and retail industry, and I have enjoyed this very much. I have learned many different skills and love being part of a team. I find I excel within any job I am put too and take everything I do with a positive attitude. I am now ready to start my career in the Games industry working as a creative digital games artist with keen eye for visual storytelling and knack for bringing concepts to life. Ready to create immersive gaming experiences that captivate and engage players.

One of my biggest hobbies is playing video games. I love to play first-person shooter games that have a strong narrative. My favourite game series is Borderlands, I love every aspect of these games, specifically the art style and humour. Artistic and cinematic elements in games are what draw me to them, as I believe the combination of both creates stunning visuals. Games such as Red Dead Redemption 2 and the Assassins Creed series are pioneers in this, and what draws me to them. I also have a passion for film, specifically crime and thrillers. Some of my favourite films include The Godfather, Seven and The Prestige. I find a lot of synergy between gaming and film, I enjoy both, and often in my spare time, I sit back and relax to watch a film or play video games when I want to be in one.
