Manchester-based digital media designer and experienced hospitality professional with over 13 years of customer-facing and leadership experience. Holding a first-class BA in Digital Media, I combine my creative background with strong communication, organisation, and team management skills. Working in fast-paced, high-standard environments has strengthened my ability to stay calm under pressure, connect with people, and deliver consistent, high-quality experiences. I’m passionate about creating meaningful moments, whether through great service, thoughtful design, or collaborative teamwork.
I joined Chotto Matte, a high-end, fast-paced restaurant, where I provided attentive, detail-oriented service while keeping the brand's premium standards. Working within a busy team, I supported smooth service flow and ensured a consistently high-quality guest experience.
I joined Flat Iron, one of the UK’s most celebrated hospitality brands, while completing my degree, drawn to its people-focused culture and high service standards. After graduating, I relocated with the company to support the opening of its Manchester site. In this role, I acted as the main point of contact for a high volume of guests, managing expectations, resolving issues, and delivering a consistently high-quality experience in a fast-paced environment. I coordinated bookings, walk-ins, and virtual queues using Dojo UK’s platform, prioritising guest flow during peak periods, and supported the onboarding and training of new starters, alongside management.
As part of the Meta-Art Creatives Project, I supported a design-led research initiative exploring the use of gamified 3D environments for meditation and therapeutic applications, working across academic and creative teams.
As a Digital Designer at Hatwhiz, I created brand identities, websites, and digital campaigns that merged creativity with functionality. Collaborating with marketing and content teams, I ensured every visual element enhanced both storytelling and user engagement.
I worked directly with venue management to refresh and redefine The Greyhound’s visual identity, ensuring its local character was reflected across all touchpoints.
Over several years in hospitality management, I led teams in high-pressure, customer-facing environments, developing strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
