Highly motivated and result oriented, meticulous professional with a track record to manage several projects efficiently, seeking a challenging position that will utilise my management and professional skills. My demonstration of self motivation, commitment and determination has provided me with multiple opportunities throughout my career. My excellent negotiating, organisational skills, a firm sense of responsibility and my capacity to work hard and efficiently under pressure resulted in founding and developing a successful veterinary business, All Creatures. I possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and am able to relate to a wide range of people, as proven by my varied work experiences. I enjoy interior design and participated in the design of the new bridal suite at a local hotel. My flair for interior design helped achieve an award for my own home through Federation of Master Builders awarding "Best New Build" in 2006. These experiences led me to create an outstanding purpose built Tier 3 Veterinary Hospital which I project managed and delivered 3 weeks ahead of a 7 month deadline. I am a confident public speaker and have been the guest speaker several times at Young Enterprise for Schools and Women in Business where I have talked to primary and secondary level about veterinary as a career and business.
