• Assigned to a project (10/11/11) that provided Infinity High Speed Broadband to customers located in Hertfordshire and SW London. Improved service to a wide range of users and also generated extra revenue.
• Drove forward the entire project lifecycle at British Telecom. Established customer needs and intake point, surveyed premises, designed scheme plan with costs, civils, ducting and other work, passed to engineers and tracked completion according to specification.
• Accomplished at providing fibre core cable from Reading trunk exchange to Slough (36 km) via four exchanges (1999) to expand network capacity. This project included three re-designs in parallel with client changes.
• Designed bespoke fibre schemes, negotiating with local authorities, landowners and engineers as well as the service provider. Retained ownership as British Telecom planner of every scheme until all work was carried out and handed over to customer.
