- Following numerous manufacturers' guidelines to build network equipment proficiently. The manufacturers include: Corning, CommScope, HellermannTyton, Prysmian.
- Responded to network faults as part of a regular on-call rota, including urgent out-of-hours repairs and overnight restorative work.
- High-volume splicing capability: routinely completed up to 200 splices per day and built complex distribution nodes across PIA and rural fibre networks, including point-to-point and XGS-PON networks.
- Diagnosed and rectified faults quickly and efficiently to restore service in line with internal SLAs.
