fit-out project at Bellshill Health Centre My responsibilities included strip-out and downtaking, site setup, coordinating with the building manager to minimise disruptions, organising other trades, constructing metal stud partitions, installing suspended ceilings, performing second fix joinery, fitting fire doors, and completing finishings and ironmongery

Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience in maintenance work, including being on 24-hour call I have worked across a variety of shifts - early, late and night and weekends, depending on the needs of the job

I am comfortable working independently and have often made decisions on-site to keep work progressing efficiently At the same time, I work well as part of a team, liaising with other trades, site managers, architects, and clients I believe strong collaboration is essential to successfully completing projects on time and performing to ahigh standard Whether working alone or with others, I am fully committed to delivering quality results
