Been doing it since 2018 when started with ATC and learning the skills I have now and being able to be professional and go to parades and travel to places or learn new skills and be with varied people when I went to camps. Also being used to being in varied weather conditions and pushing through when difficult. I have knowledge in rescue techniques, safety protocols, and adapting tasks to suit diverse participants while maintaining a calm and composed demeanour under pressure. I adept at problem-solving to ensure full participation, with strong communication skills to guarantee clarity and understanding for all. I'm good at multitasking, time management, and team building, with a commitment to creating safe and engaging experiences for individuals of all skill levels.
I'm customer-oriented with strong history of leading teams to meet or exceed objectives like when going on expeditions with my course at current at Bicton college and helping peers with their struggles whether mentally or physically to help support and push through. Im dedicated and hardworking with internal drive to deliver sessions that people enjoy and learn new skills to set them up for life. Accomplishments
In air cadets (ATC) I got best cadet of the year trophy as well as the blue badges in Leadership and teamwork skills, shooting and radio. Done cross country as a kid and took part in a hockey tournament for Devon and Cornwall and got Bronze. Also done a mindfulness course and a maths course too and got gold with the maths one.
