I am an aspiring Personal Trainer with a Level 2 Gym Instructing qualification, eager to get a break in the fitness industry which is where I see my future. For three years now, I have been on my own personal fitness journey, working out 5-6 times a week. I have developed a keen interest in nutrition which has helped me to totally overhaul my own diet and I have reaped rewards. I am fitter and both physically and mentally stronger now than I have ever been. My experience has left me highly motivated to channel my passion into educating others in fitness. I am excited to get started!
