My job role includes having to move parcels and packages to an assigned location that is organised and easily accessible for delivery drivers.

My job role also includes having to use a pallet truck to move product around the warehouse, along with heavy lifting for the product itself.

I am responsible for ensuring all product assigned to me is allocated in the correct designated area, while being stacked neatly and able to re-arrange freely.

• Prepare and serve food safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Deliver friendly customer service at the counter and drive-thru. Follow food hygiene and health & safety procedures at all times. Keep work areas clean, stocked and organised. Work effectively under pressure and support the team during busy periods.

• Served customers on the till and handled cash transactions accurately. Restocked cards and gifts while maintaining a tidy shop floor. Assisted with deliveries, merchandising and store displays. Filled customer balloons with helium and provided product advice. Supported team members to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

• Maintained a clean and hygienic shop environment. Moved meat products safely (did not assist in cutting meat). Cleaned work areas, knives, tools and other equipment. Cleaned storage areas, fridges and freezers. Assisted with organising stock and carrying packaging and cardboard to external bins. Occasionally prepared simple items such as bacon and other meats under supervision. Followed safety and hygiene procedures and worked efficiently as part of a small team.
