I'm an entrepreneurial founder with a genuine track record in sales, business development and commercial growth. Built not in theory, but through implementation. After undergoing major spinal surgery at 18, I later channelled that experience into founding RE5, a health and wellness company I've taken from a concept to a trading business generating over £10k in its first year of trading, winning awards, securing accelerator backing, and building partnerships with high profile entrepreneurs, creators and brands.
Across RE5, freelance consultancy and talent management, I've developed hands-on experience in outbound outreach, deal negotiation, investor relations, brand partnerships and client acquisition. I'm comfortable working autonomously, building relationships at pace, and turning conversations into commercial outcomes. I thrive in environments where initiative matters and where the work actually has an impact.
Founded RE5 after winning funding and mentorship from entrepreneur Simon Squibb, turning a personal recovery journey into a mission-led health and wellness business focused on resilience, recovery and accessibility and documenting every step of it publicly.
