Founded RE5 after winning funding and mentorship support from entrepreneur and creator Simon Squibb in December 2023, turning a personal recovery journey into a mission led health and wellness business focused on resilience, recovery and accessibility; all whilst documenting the journey on social media

• Built RE5 from concept to trading business within 12 months, overseeing branding, product sourcing, website build, marketing and partnerships
• Launched RE5's first product line centred around cold plunge and recovery solutions
• Generated £10,000+ profit in first year of trading
• Secured multiple grants and accelerator placements, including Superteam x HelpBnk and Vestd
• Awarded Health & Wellbeing Start-Up of the Year 2025 (East of England Startup Awards)

• Exhibited at major events including CarFest and IdeasFest, delivering live cold plunge experiences to hundreds of attendees

I undertook an apprenticeship at Aon, whilst studying towards my CII qualifications

I successfully applied, campaigned and was voted as one of the head students at my Sixth-Form by the staff and pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the student executive and student voice committees throughout the school.
• Working with the senior leadership team to shape future developments and student-led improvements for the school.
• Giving up lunch and break time to ensure students are behaving in an appropriate manner
• Having a clear commitment to the school and what it stands for.

• Providing tours of the school to new members of staff and parents, receiving positive feedback in doing so.
• Having a say in the recruitment process for new members of staff.

• Giving speeches at public events such as awards night and inductions for the sixth form.

Alongside my studies, I had a part time job working weekends and some week-nights in my local Co-operative as a General Assistant

• Providing friendly and professional customer service including after-sales care and complaint resolution.
• To upkeep and replenish stock.
• To operate the till point efficiently and in-line with the society's policies and procedures.
• To carry out other duties as may be required by the business from time to time.
• To assist in keeping the store presentable at all times.

• Regularly completing all tasks to a high standard and receiving positive supervisor feedback.
• Receiving regular positive feedback from customers for good customer service.
• Training multiple new members of staff on their duties and how the society operates to a high standard.
• Encouraging and frequently signing up customers for a Co-operative membership card.

I was involved with post-production for several episodes of hit Channel 4 show 'George Clarke's home renovations'. Some of my tasks included:

• Identifying where certain licensing permissions may be required.
• Researching properties for future development of the show.
• Contributing towards the show's aesthetics (e.g. what font, music and sound effects are used).

Little Edi is a charity that believes all children should have equal access to education and learning development, enabling them to reach their full potential. It sends shoeboxes out to children in places such as rural Moldova and helps feed children in the UK. During the summer there are camps for children where we provide a variety of fun activities.
