I Have in my 27 years working for Firhill Community worked my way from Leisure Attendant to Director , in this time I have gained a vast knowledge of the charity sector running our Community Led facility. Managing out Trust since 2002 had given me immense pleasure seeing us develop and continue to create new partnerships with Community and business groups which have enabled us navigate through tough periods such as the Covid pandemic. I am passionate about the Charity sector and enjoy exploring ways of creating new activities for our varied users to enjoy. In my time as Director of the Trust have have been responsible for managing our accounting and payroll, a team of 10 staff members, the health and safety requirements of our facility, managing yearly Budgets with our accountant, working closely with our board of Trustees to ensure the smooth running of the Trust
