Gary Wilkinson

In Morrisons I worked in the department of Fruit & Veg, Bread & Cakes and Fresh. I worked any hours given, overtime and shifts people had dropped. While working here I went to all shifts on time and had all jobs and stock completed throughout day, more times than often I would go on to another department after I had completed my jobs. I kept all customers satisfied by asking and giving them assistance, making sure they are happy with products and would direct them to the product they needed. I have built close, loyal, trusting good relationships with all the staff, managers and some customers. I operated wagons in and out of the loading area, unloaded and loaded the wagons.

At Wyn's Construction, I had to do important tasks like concreting on a mass scale, drainage, steel fixing, bricklaying and many more skill biased jobs. While working here, I was in control of the loading/unloading and transport of concrete mixers, large wagons, mini diggers, dumpers. I was trusted with the use of heavy machinery such as styl saws, pokers for concrete, lazers for level and height of concrete. I followed to all PPE aspects and wore all the safety equipment for the job I was given, I also followed the COSHH rules for certain chemicals and mixers for things like concrete. I minimized risks on site with sticking by the rules given and helping with the prevention of hazards to me and others. I built good and trusting with people within my team and others on and around site. I made sure my job i have completed has excelled the exception and done by the time given, I kept good care of my tools and always put them away in a safe and secure area.
