A highly experienced and adaptable education professional with a strong background in leading teams, driving pupil progress, and delivering inclusive provision for children and young people, including those with SEND. Skilled in planning, coordination and data-informed decision making, with a proven ability to build effective relationships with pupils, families and multi-agency professionals. Experienced in safeguarding, curriculum leadership and mentoring, with a commitment to promoting independence, confidence and positive outcomes for all learners.
Outside of work, I enjoy visiting the theatre and engaging with a wide range of live performances, as well as travelling and experiencing new cultures. I have a strong interest in arts and crafts, which allows me to be creative and relax in my spare time. I have recently joined a local running club, which I am enjoying as a way to improve fitness and meet new people. I also have personal experience caring for my disabled sister, which has strengthened my patience, resilience, and understanding of the importance of support and inclusion.
