Always ready to learn something new, I adapt and learn quickly, I have a good understanding of how businesses work and what their aims and goals are and I'm there to help the company achieve those goals.

I can work independently very well while also being able to work with a team extremely well due to my communication skills and understanding of other people, I always listen to ideas while also finding an opportunity to share mine and analyse those ideas to find the best one and make sure everyone agrees and shares their analysis.

I'm extremely well working with people and understanding their emotions or actions and what they mean which allows me to tailor my response in a way where everyone will walk away happy knowing that there's always someone who will listen to them. It doesn't always have to be work related it can be anything as long as they're comfortable to talk about it and share it. I'm always there to support someone who needs it and is willing to accept the support. I am really friendly and happy to socialise with new people as I am an individual who likes to make relationships with people who I have never met before therefore my customer service skills are extremely useful in this job position.

I know that a customer service related job is perfect for me because that's what I loved and always will love doing and it's something that I've enjoyed doing my whole life and any opportunity for a job like that I will be the first to take and not let anyone down.
