All Seasons – Gardener / Team Leader (Most recent + able to provide reference)

Started as a trainee gardener, where I developed a strong foundation in all aspects of garden maintenance, including lawn care, pruning, and general upkeep.

After two years, I progressed to a Team Leader role, managing teams of 2–6 staff depending on workload. In this position, I developed leadership, organisation, and team coordination skills while ensuring work was completed to a high standard.

I consistently demonstrated strong attention to detail and took pride in delivering high-quality results. I maintained excellent time management, supported team members and customers professionally, and handled challenges effectively through problem-solving and adaptability.

I am now looking to further expand my knowledge within the Industry and develop my skills across a wider range of areas.

Maintained and grew gardens to ensure they met specific requirements and expectations

Performed basic maintenance such as cutting the grass, emptying bins, managing weed control and leaf raking

Planted a range of small and large plants and flowers

Worked with hand tools and basic light machinery such as lawn-mower, chainsaw, blower and hedge trimmer

Re-fueled garden equipment and machinery

Maintained a clean garden by clearing rubbish and litter from the garden and grounds
