Experienced EfW operations professional with a strong commitment to safety and team development. Currently working as a Production Deputy Team Leader at NESS EfW plant.
I have extensive experience in plant isolations, Permit to Work systems and SSOW. I enjoy supporting colleagues, mentoring new operators and helping my team develop their skills.
I remain calm under pressure, building healthy working relationships and taking a practical approach to problem solving.
