Private Client Manager organising luxury holidays for UHNWI’s around the world. The role includes:
- End to end planning and logistics of the holiday including round the clock support before, during and after travel
- Managing a portfolio of up to 100 clients based primarily in London, Dubai, Geneva, and Monaco.
- Organising and hosting private dinners globally for current and prospecting clients
- Proactively engage with the wider database of clients to continue to grow the Chairman’s Club and its revenue
- Liaise with our partnered hoteliers, Private Jet brokers, Yacht brokers, Chauffeur companies to maintain the relationship ensuring the best experience for my clients.
- Source prospective partners to best serve our clientele either in the form of hotels, yacht & jet brokers or exclusive expeditions.
- Maintained and exceeded performance KPI's and sales targets generating over £1.5 Million in sales in my first 6 months.
During my University course I was placed overseas to complete a food and beverage internship in an American luxury hotel. Rotating round the departments of the hotel I worked in all F&B outlets.
Further to my year in industry at University I took a placement in the Scottish Highlands as a Butler in one of the most exclusive Private Members Clubs at Skibo Castle.
