  • Working closely with the Account Director in shaping and innovating the Formula 1 global hospitality program for a F1 global sponsor & team sponsor
  • Management of the client hospitality and guest programmes for up to 13 races per year including on the ground support at all.
  • Planning and execution of guest programmes on and away from track.
  • Responsibility for tracking and utilisation of the contractual F1 / team assets and ticket allocations
  • Sourcing accommodation, transport and ancillary suppliers globally including execution of contracts
  • Management of both billing and activation budgets
