Worked at the Ministry of labour and social welfare carrying out assigned duties in child protection and welfare for people living with disabilities. I also acquired my certificates in Nurse aid ,Advanced first aid and Community based home care. And in the period of my attachment i was able to work as a nurse aid and was able to carry out my duties well which involved administering drugs as instructed by a nurse or doctor, proper bed making , damp dusting, bathing and keeping patient hygienic and feeding patients according to their correct dietary requirements to mention a few. I was also able to sinc in to the qualities of a care giver which include person centred care, mobility assistance, being compassionate , daily risk and improvements assessment and record keeping.
