I currently work within the Platform and Infrastructure Engineering function at Flutter UK & Ireland. My team as a whole share responsibility for the design, implementation, and support of both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure across key areas including compute, storage, backup, and virtualization technologies for Betfair, Paddy Power, and Sky Betting & Gaming, which are all brands for FlutterUKI.

While the scope of my role is broad, it primarily focuses on project-based work, with some involvement in BAU (Business As Usual) operations. My core responsibilities lie in cloud infrastructure, virtualization, storage, and backup systems, though I actively contribute to tasks beyond these areas when needed.

Our team’s overarching goal is to automate, enable, and optimize technology solutions across the business—ensuring that all infrastructure we build, manage, integrate, and support meets the evolving needs of Flutter UK & Ireland.

  • Provide first point of contact for support tickets and requests
