Finley Raymond

During my last year at school I started working at Boost Juice Bars at the Meadowhall Shopping Centre in Sheffield. This was in October 2024. I have remained there since this date. I have received several promotions since joining the company. I started as a team member, then became a team leader, and I am now a supervisor. The company has indicated that my next role should be assistant manager. I believe I have worked hard and shown commitment within all these roles and this underpins my success. Throughout this period I have never been late and have a 100% attendance record.

Within my current role I have:

• Assisted in the recruitment and training of new staff members, building a strong, efficient team.
• Planned and communicated daily tasks, training and targets to individuals and teams of up to 12 people.
• Facilitated communication between senior management and staff, acting as a liaison.
• Worked to improve efficiency.
