I’m a caring and a strong committed healthcare professional with over 5 years of hospital experience as a Registered Nurse Assistant, and I’m currently working in the UK as a Senior Support Worker, mainly supporting elderly patients and those living with dementia. I’m fully registered with the UK NMC as a Registered Nurse Associate and have successfully completed both the CBT and OSCE test. With my strong communication and interpersonal abilities, my goal is to empower individuals to live a fulfilling lives. I am committed to ensuring excellent person-centred using nursing process. I am confident in variety of clinical duties such as taking patient vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration, and oxygen saturation), administration of prescribed medications according to the right of medication administration, checking blood sugars, providing personal care, moving and handling, feeding via NG tube and supporting patients with dignity and respect. I always aim to notice the small things that make a big difference to a patient’s comfort and wellbeing.
I am dedicated to continue learning. For example, I have completed RQF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (currently working towards Level 4) and have had mandatory training in key areas like medication support, safeguarding, dementia care, moving and handling, infection prevention and control, fire safety 1 and fire safety 2 which all are very crucial in care settings. I’m now looking forward to join a hospital ward team where I can bring my experience, work ethic, and genuine passion for patient care to support both staff and patients.
