I've been with CTS for 10 years and have built a long list of training records stretching from both the lab and on-site activity and have made the rank of Senior amongst the other site technicians. During my time with CTS I've played a hand in the business development, winning contracts by building relationships with clients and their directors; quite often being personally requested to visit their sites when booking work.

I've also become known to be reliable with both in-situ and technical knowledge and find myself quite often taking phone calls from employees and clients offering advice and problem solving solutions. My in-depth knowledge of the CTSi system and my extended privileges have been invaluable in assisting with my day-to-day duties as well as acting as a powerful aid to my colleagues when called upon

In this business, I was hired by 2 property developers to assist in the sales of their assets via their estate agent company located on Gravesend high street. I was required to be a versatile member of staff as, given the nature of the business, selling required a lot of phone conveyancing, data entry and tracking, face-to-face meetings and fine-print legality within contracts. Typically, much like your average estate agent, I would take calls, commence a property viewing and liaise with the client to complete a sale. Only, this was all off my own back and did not have the luxury of relying on a large diverse team of supervisors and admin staff; the entire process was done myself

Here I worked behind the food kiosk at a popular cinema. Being in a busy shopping centre, this was a fast-paced role under constant pressure where I would meet an untold number of people requesting fast food. I was there when big films like 007 Skyfall and The Hobbit were released; thousands of people scrambling to get in was a tough environment to manage, but it was all part of the job
