As a flexible member of the Faculty Office administration team I collectively delivered customer-focused and efficient student and research-facing administrative services, as delegated to each post-holder by the Head of Faculty Administration, in areas which included class timetabling,student enrolment and registration data entry adhering to GDPR. Faculty finance-related functions including Graduation and prize-giving, student admissions process,involving student induction,student discipline, formal complaints and student appeals and all student concerns.
