• Supported first- and second-year BA Animation students with technical learning, creative development, and project organisation across their academic modules.
• Led Professional Development sessions, guiding students through the design and development of their first Wix portfolio websites, including troubleshooting layout, presentation, and workflow issues.
• Assisted lecturers during Toon Boom Harmony workshops, offering additional guidance to students who needed extra support, including those with learning difficulties or who had joined the programme later.
• Acted as a point of communication between students and staff, helping students respond to feedback, structure assignments, and build confidence in their creative process.

• Liaised with 5 in-House Lawyers to manage the development of an Artist-Focused tool (Under NDA) that helps artist access necessary Legal Guidance to manager their freelance work. This included carrying Market Research, Creating Website Templates and guiding Tonal Communication where necessary.
• Conducted Cultural and Artistic Research to support internal operations- whilst assisting Scheduling, documentation and general office duties.
• Served at the In-house digital Illustrator for both the Artist Tool and international Client Presentations
• Developed a practical understanding of intellectual property, rights, and creative contracts.

Served Harrods, National Gallery, and 02 Arena handling high-end clients daily.
