In the summer of 2019, I had gained the opportunity to shadow doctors and nurses through different wards within the hospital as well as obtain a part time receptionist job within my last 3 weeks of being there. my role was to answer phone calls and filling appointments and medical records for health care professionals who came to the clinic for health check ups as well as immunisations.

• Working as a fundraiser was a unique job within itself
• The use of customer service skills to grab people's attention was the challenging part but also taught me many things like how to be confident when it comes to selling what the company has to offer.

• Working at Jamavar i managed to obtain two roles as a waitress and as a receptionist during the later stage both roles came with a lot of struggles but very rewarding outcomes
• Over the years I managed to work my way up as head receptionist in a Michelin star restaurant which is one of my greatest achievements to date
• The passion, drive and confidence allowed me to obtain that position.

• Working within a pharmacy has given me a deeper conception about disparate types of medications and the exposure within dispensing and sales assistance
• This has allowed me to work with customers and patients of all ages.
